Comment ça se passe

2. On la confie à et tu reçois un e-mail avec ton lien de suivi.
3. Le colis arrive en en France métropolitaine.

En période de fêtes ou de soldes, la préparation peut prendre un ou deux jours de plus. On te prévient par e-mail si c'est le cas.

Suivre ton colis

Le lien de suivi est dans l'e-mail d'expédition. Tu retrouves aussi tes commandes dans ton compte. Toujours rien après 7 jours ouvrés ? Écris-nous avec ton numéro de commande.

Où on livre

Le site livre en France métropolitaine. Pour la Corse, l'outre-mer ou l'étranger, écris-nous avec les articles qui te plaisent et ton adresse : on te prépare un devis, livraison comprise.

Si tu acceptes, tu reçois par e-mail un lien pour payer en ligne, puis on expédie. Hors Union européenne, le devis indique aussi les droits de douane, pour que tu saches tout avant de payer.

Si le colis arrive abîmé

Note-le si possible auprès du livreur, puis envoie-nous une photo du colis et de son contenu, idéalement sous 3 jours. On te renvoie la commande ou on te rembourse, comme tu préfères.

The tracking link is in the shipping e-mail. You can also find your orders in your account. Still nothing after 7 business days? Write to us with your order number.

Where we ship

The website ships to mainland France. For Corsica, the French overseas territories or abroad, write to us with the pieces you like and your address: we'll send you a quote, shipping included.

If you accept, you get a link by e-mail to pay online, then we ship. Outside the EU, the quote also shows customs duties, so you know everything before you pay.

If the parcel arrives damaged

If you can, report it to the delivery person, then send us a photo of the parcel and its contents, ideally within 3 days. We resend your order or refund you, whichever you prefer.
